The Code for Sustainable Homes

The Code for Sustainable Homes is the national standard for the sustainable design and construction of new homes. The Code aims to reduce our carbon emissions and create homes that are more sustainable. It applies in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Mid Street Code level 5 home

Mid Street is the product of a collaboration between Osborne Homes and Raven Housing Trust, with technical support from the Energy Saving Trust. Officially opened on the 18th April 2008, it is the first 100% affordable housing scheme to achieve level 5 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
