Green Gap

The Energy Saving Trust has uncovered a Green Gap between what organisations say and what they actually do about making their fleet vehicles more environmentally friendly.

The good news is that most businesses, charities and public sector organisations have a positive attitude. They have good intentions and say they want to run greener fleets. However, the reality is that they still have a long way to go. As a result, they waste considerable amounts of money and produce excessive levels of carbon emissions from business travel.

Save cash and carbon

If your organisation wants a greener fleet that is both cheaper to run and reduces your carbon footprint, the Energy Saving Trust can help.

In the last year alone our fleet advice services have helped over 5000 businesses in England reduce costs and emissions. They are usually free and could save you £1,000 per vehicle every year.

If you would like to register your interest in one of our fleet advice services please email us with your fleet size, postcode and contact details.

“We’re calling on businesses to do more than ‘talk the talk’. Many get full marks for attitude but not for effort; which is a surprise given the money they can save.”
