Transport advice
Understanding your fleet’s operating costs and carbon emissions isn’t easy. Identifying a solution to reduce them can be even harder.
However depending on the size and location of your fleet, we can provide you with a range of transport advice services that could save your organisation up to £1,000 per vehicle, improve your environmental impact and help increase your commitment to corporate social responsibility. With funding from government departments we are able to deliver advice in England, Scotland and Wales.
We have worked with hundreds of organisations including O2, BSkyB, Center Parcs, The Royal Parks Agency and the Ministry of Defence, providing expert, tailored advice to reduce emissions and costs from fleet operations.
We also offer a range of useful online resources, including publications, fleet briefings and case studies, which highlight the benefits our clients have experienced from using the Energy Saving Trust’s services.

Fleet briefing (10 to 100 vehicles)A free e-bulletin which each month analyses a topical fleet management issue.

Fleet Health Check (20 vehicles and above)A free assessment of your fleet which calculates the most accurate carbon footprint available and highlights areas where your fleet can reduce its emissions and save costs.

Green Fleet Review (50 vehicles and above*)Our expert consultants will complete a full environmental review free of charge, which includes recommendations on how you could cut vehicle costs and carbon emissions. You could save up to £90,000 for every 100 vehicles in your fleet by implementing the recommendations made in a Green Fleet Review. *20 in Scotland

Smarter driving*Smarter driving teaches your employees a range of practical techniques which can lower fuel consumption by around 15% and reduce the likelihood of accidents. *Available to all employees with a driver’s licence.
