This searchable database contains details of around 100 funds for energy efficiency improvements, the installation of renewable energy and other initiatives to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide.
The funding database is updated regularly to ensure that contact details, application procedures, grant limits and deadlines are up to date. However, you should always contact the funding source directly prior to making an application. |
If you would like to find out about grants for individual householders, we have several resources available; for general information please visit the energy saving grants and offers page of our website. |
Via our householder grants information database you can search for funding for a range of energy efficiency and renewable energy measures by postcode. |
The Energy Saving Trust has also has a number of publications for local authorities and housing associations containing information on relevant sources of funding. The following publications are relevant to helping you develop energy efficiency initiatives in your area and access funding:
The Carbon Emissions Reduction Target briefing note |
Setting up a private sector loan scheme |
Reducing emissions from social housing - Chapter 3 securing finance for energy initiatives |
Please note that the Energy Saving Trust’s primary remit is to reduce CO2 emissions in the domestic sector and therefore, our funding information mainly focuses on funding for improving the energy efficiency of housing. The Carbon Trust should be able to help you with further information on funding for projects with businesses and in the local authority own estate.
