Endorsed Advice Service

The Endorsed Advice Service enables your staff to deliver trusted, high quality and accurate energy saving advice to your customers.

In an independent survey of over 4,500 UK adults last year, 3 out of 4 people said that they were looking for ways to reduce their energy bills.

The Energy Saving Trust has 17 years of customer-facing experience. We have developed a standard that defines best practice energy saving advice.

Our Endorsed Advice Service is designed to train your staff to deliver our best practice energy saving and microgeneration advice to your customers, whether they are consumers or housing professionals.

It’s a bespoke package of training, assessment, ongoing development and information support designed to ensure that your staff are delivering a first rate service that ensures your customers act on energy saving advice.

Working to our advice standard maximises your customer experience and ensures that they:

• enjoy high levels of customer service
• get up-to-date, accurate information
• receive objective, high quality and appropriate advice
• are encouraged to act on the advice
• can trust the advice provided.
