Designed to enable local authorities to input an energy efficiency profile of the housing stock in their area and analyse options for carbon reduction. The SAP based tool focuses on the physical measures that can be carried out in each house type. The tool is designed to inform key areas to help local authorities and housing stock managers justify and plan a carbon reduction scheme. |
